Leave the M1 at Junction 4 following signs for the A41 towards central London. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Stanmore & Hatch End on the A410. Travel along the A410 all the way into Hatch End. You will pass Hatch End Swimming Pool on your left as you enter Hatch End. Follow the Uxbridge Road (A410) over the next roundabout. Continue straight over the 2nd roundabout. Take the 2nd left (A404) into Paines Lane. Take the first left into Moss Lane to arrive at the Care Homes.

From Central London head towards Marble Arch and take the A41 (signposted Brent Cross, North & M1). Travel along the A41 towards Hendon. At Hendon take the A1 towards Aylesbury & the North M1. At Colindale turn onto the A41 towards Aylesbury, Watford & the North M1. Continue forward and take the A410 towards Stanmore & Hatch end, then follow directions from the North as above.

London Euston to arrive at Hatch End Station (National Rail Enquiries 08457 48 49 50). Turn right out of the station and walk about half a mile. Cross straight over the roundabout and take the 2nd left into Paines Lane, followed by the first left into Moss Lane to arrive at the Care Homes.

Metropolitan line to Pinner Station (Transport for London 020 7222 1234). Exit the station and walk down the hill, then turn right. Take the 1st right and walk up the High Street (towards the church). Continue past the church (on your right) along Paines Lane. Take the 2nd right into East End Lane, then the 1st left onto Moss Lane. Total distance from the station half a mile.
